Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
How fast do items typically ship?

What's my order's status?
Prior to shipping you can obtain an update on your order status by emailing us at email@example.com. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an invoice and tracking number for your order to the email you have provided. You can utilize the tracking number to obtain order status.
What if something is missing?
While this should not happen, if there is something missing from your order, we are human so please allow us to make it up to you. Contact Us so that we can correct any order errors.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return/exchange an item?
Items may be returned for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal value within 14 days of receipt (no refunds will be issued).
Please Contact Us to ensure that the item that you wish to return or exchange is in currently in stock.
Damaged or defective items
We take great pains to reduce the likelihood of damaged or defective items, however, things happen. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt), and include a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will be happy to exchange the damaged or defective item and replace it with the same type of item or store credit. Once orders are processed and shipped no refunds will be issued.
